Exhibitor Invites is the email invitation system that allows exhibitors to reach their customers and prospects with a customized email invitation that includes a link for a complimentary registration to SEMICON West.
Step 1: Upload Your Email List to a Secure Server
Your information is secure and not accessible to any third party, including SEMI. After the show, your lists will be permanently deleted from the system.
Step 2: Enter Your Company, product or show promotional information.
Customize each invitation by including specific company information such as your company logo and personalized company text.
Step 3: View & Approve Invites
View each invitation in your web browser and send yourself a test email to see how each invitation will appear in your email client before sending.
Step 4: Schedule Your Invites
Specify the list, delivery date and time for each email invite. A default schedule is included for your convenience, which you can adjust.
Safe & Secure
Exhibitor Invites is a secure, web-based system that protects your data. The lists and contacts you upload and use for campaigns will never be shared or accessed by anybody including SEMI Show Management.
The Exhibitor Invites Email Campaign service will be available beginning April 14, 2015.
