Exhibitor Registration
Exhibit Managers are able to manage booth staff registrations in the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Exhibit Booth Staff receive an e-mail confirmation when registered by the Exhibit Manager.
Exhibitors are allotted 10 Exhibitor Booth Staff badges per each 10 square feet of contracted booth space.
Pre-Show
All registered Exhibit Booth Staff will receive an e-mail in June 2015 with a easy check-in barcode. Badges will not be mailed in advance.
Onsite
All badges must be picked up on-site starting at 8:00am on Wednesday, July 8 at the registration areas in North and West Halls. The easy check-in barcode will help speed the check-in process, but is not required.
Exhibitor Registration hours of operation will be as follows:
Thursday, July 9 – 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday, July 10 – 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturday, July 11 – 8:00am-6:00pm
Sunday, July 12 – Closed*
Monday, July 13 – 8:00am–6:00pm
* Important Notice: Moscone Center will be closed on Sunday, July 12. Exhibitors will not have access to the exhibit hall and there will be no Exhibitor Services available.
